Welcome to CricCast, a mobile application operated by GoCribe ("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you use the CricCast mobile application (the "App").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By creating an account or using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in this policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide the App's services, improve performance, and prevent fraud.
A. Information You Provide to Us
Authentication Data: When you sign in via Google Sign-In, we collect your Name, Email Address, Google Profile Photo URL, and a unique Firebase User ID (UID).

B. App-Generated Data (Prediction Records)
Predictions & Game Play: We record your prediction selections for individual balls, matches, selected teams, and final points earned.
Transaction History: We store transaction records representing your virtual CricPoints (+2 pts earned, -X points redeemed, pending/completed states).
Redemption History: If you request a coupon or voucher code redemption, we collect and store the redemption method, points requested, timestamp, status, and the generated voucher code.
C. Automatically Collected Data
Device Info & Identifiers: We collect advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) and device characteristics to run advertising.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics collects interaction metrics, screen views, and event durations to optimize app usability.
Crash Reports: Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous stack traces, device models, OS versions, and hardware states when the app crashes to help us debug errors.
3. Lawful Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:
Consent: You give us explicit, free, specific, and informed consent when you log in via Google Sign-In and accept our terms.
Contractual Necessity: To manage your prediction account, track points, and fulfill voucher redemptions.
Legitimate Interests: To prevent fraud, ensure app security, debug crashes, and display contextual ads.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Provide Core Services: Authenticating your account, rendering the prediction arena, tracking scoreboard metrics, and updating the leaderboard.
Fulfill Redemptions: Processing your request for gift vouchers or redemption codes securely.
Improve App Quality: Analyzing crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs.
Personalization & Analytics: Utilizing Firebase Analytics to monitor screen loading times, performance issues, and user flow metrics.
Show Contextual Advertisements: Rendering banner and interstitial ads via the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK.
5. Third-Party Libraries and Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers to run the App:
Google Firebase (Auth, Database, Cloud Functions): User authentication, database storage, and secure redemption code creation.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Measuring user interactions and capturing crash logs.
Google AdMob: Serving contextual in-app ads.
6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Storage: We store your data on secure, encrypted databases. While we take commercial and technical measures to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Retention: We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, we may archive or anonymize your data.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and personal data.

We will delete all your personal data and account history from our databases within 15 business days.

Right to Correction & Erasure: Correct inaccurate data, update details, or delete your entire profile.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (which will require deleting your account since the core service relies on your authenticated email).

CricCast Official KYC & Creator Program Policy
📋 Section 1: KYC & PAN Verification Policy

We use third party website https://apitxt.com for verifying pan card and it's details before verifying pan card must see their privacy policy
1. Minimum Wallet Balance Requirement
To initiate KYC verification, users must hold a minimum wallet balance of 3,500 CricPoints.
2. Verification Attempt Fee & Non-Refundable Policy
Each PAN verification attempt carries a fee of 70 CricPoints which is deducted upon submission.
Non-Refundable Policy: Because verification is processed live through an authorized NSDL government gateway (APITxT) which consumes API credits per request, the 70 CP attempt fee is non-refundable, even if verification fails due to invalid details or mismatched names/DOB.
3. Matching Criteria & Document Accuracy
Full Name: Must match the exact name printed on your official Indian PAN Card and linked Bank Account.
Date of Birth (DOB): Must match your official PAN card record in DD/MM/YYYY format.
PAN Format: Must be a valid 10-character PAN string (5 letters + 4 numbers + 1 letter, e.g. ABCDE1234F).
4. Payout UPI ID & Updates
Valid VPA Format: UPI IDs must follow standard Indian Virtual Payment Address format (username@bank, e.g. 9876543210@paytm, name@okicici).
Free Updates: Once your PAN card is verified, updating or changing your payout UPI ID is 100% FREE (0 CricPoints fee).

1. Mandatory KYC Prerequisite
Creators must complete KYC & UPI verification before submitting video links for creator milestone payouts.

3. Platform & Link Rules
Allowed Platforms: Instagram Reels (instagram.com, instagr.am), YouTube Shorts (youtube.com, youtu.be), and Facebook Reels (facebook.com, fb.watch).
Duplicate Protection: Each video URL can only be submitted once across all users. Duplicate submissions will be automatically detected and blocked.
4. Reward Processing & Admin Review
Submitted video links enter a PENDING state for manual admin verification of view counts and guidelines.
Approved payouts are transferred directly to the creator's verified KYC UPI ID.
8. Children's Privacy
CricCast is a general audience sports prediction utility and is not designed for children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

9. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption, Firebase Security Rules, and OAuth 2.0 verification keys) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; we encourage you to protect your Google account details.
